Liberty Square

Our New York based client needed regional representation to manage this facade modification and mansard re-roof of an existing shopping center in Central Florida. Contractor selection is now complete and construction will begin on April 17th. A quick work schedule or 6 - 8 weeks will ensure minimal tenant disruption. The facade renovation features the installation of a large EIFS and metal stud framed entry feature to give architectural heirarchy to a future tenant space.

UPDATED AUGUST 20, 2012: Transformation complete.  Through the successful addition of a new entrance feature, colored metal roofing and warm paint color selections, this Center’s appearance has been totally updated. This new, fresh look will allow the Center to command top market rents.  Many of our Client’s are quite surprised at how much visual impact can be created with minimal investment.  Does your Center deserve an upgrade in order to put it’s best foot forward?

UPDATED JUNE 1, 2012: Structural Steel has been completed at Liberty and metal stud framing has commenced in preparation for installation of the new EIFS facade materials.  We are presently assisting the Owner, Architect and Management Company in paint color selection.  A month from now, this building will look totally transformed.  Pulling three or four colors together to create a successful color scheme is both exciting and difficult.  The Team intends to use bold colors to create heirarchy and visibility of the building.
