First National Bank of Pasco
When a local bank who was financing one of our larger projects found out what Icon’s capabilities were, they hired us for their newest branch! As Owner’s Representative, we solicited construction bids and negotiated the construction contract for the Bank. As Construction Manager during the build, we attended weekly meetings, reported to the Bank on construction progress, monitored quality control, reviewed monthly applications for payment and was the Bank’s liaison for all construction and design related matters.
