Storage Center in Wesley Chapel
With our vast knowledge of self-storage and our multi-project involvement, we were asked to provide Construction Management Services for the Storage Center in Wesley Chapel. This is a 3-story, 73,000 square foot state of the art climate-controlled self-storage facility. We assisted in the selection of the general contractor through an invited bid process, negotiated the construction contract, attended all weekly job-site meetings, reviewed and approved monthly pay applications as well as monitored the construction progress and quality control. In
addition, we solicited bids for the storage units, selected the manufacturer and oversaw the installation process.
